NYPD’s 106 Precinct Honors Romeo Hitlall

Mr. Romeo Hitlall was honored on Tuesday August 6 with a Certificate of Appreciation by the officers of the 106th Precinct, during the National Night Out Against Crime at the PO Edward Byrne Park in South Ozone Park.

Mr. Hitlall, who is a charter member of the Richmond Hill-South Ozone Park Lions Club (RHSOP) and its current President, is a ten-year veteran of the 106th Precinct’s Community Council which meets every month with Officers of the Pct. He also serves in the NYPD’s Community Partners Program and has been a member of the Queens Community Board 10 for more than ten years.

The presentation was made by the Executive Officer of the 106th Pct., in the presence of Romeo’s family, Lions and Leos of the RHSOP Lions Club and other Community honorees, in recognition of his valuable commitment to the community and continued support of the New York Police Department. Hats off to Romeo!
