QUEENS, NY – Earlier this month, students and families gathered at Khan’s Tutorial’s Ozone Park location for the opening of the expansion space on the second floor. The space will be used for group classes for the Hunter Exam, SAT, and SHSAT.
KT Chairperson Mrs. Nayeema Khan and KT CEO & President Dr. Ivan Khan met with students and their families for a prayer for the expansion space. Additionally, invitations for the upcoming Annual Award Ceremony were distributed to high scoring Common Core students.

The Bangladeshi and West Indian communities have continued to flourish and we are very proud to work closely with everyone on their academic success. We congratulate our team at Ozone Park for the new expansion on the second floor and we wish all of our students, teachers, and parents a lot of success on their upcoming report cards next week,” said Dr. Ivan Khan. With 11 locations in the outer boroughs of New York City, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and in the Jackson Heights, Jamaica, Astoria, Sunnyside, Ozone Park, and Floral Park neighborhoods of Queens, Khan’s Tutorial primarily serves in assisting families in low-income, new immigrant neighborhoods. Over 2,972 students have gained admission to New York City’s Specialized High Schools through Khan’s Tutorial since its inception in 1994.
